Developer Program December 2025 - Join the Pre-Mainnet Builder Cohort

Zama’s Developer Program has been a driving force in accelerating the development and adoption of the FHEVM.

Over the past months, we’ve seen more developers and teams joining, projects maturing from initial prototypes into functioning applications, while testnet usage steadily increasing.

Meanwhile, the Zama team has continued improving the stack and stability. A few days ago, we announced the Zama Testnet V2, bringing the protocol another step closer to Mainnet, and real production phase.

This December, the Zama team will select the last pre-mainnet cohort of developers building on the FHEVM through the Developer Program, onboarding them into the early pool of builders who will enter Mainnet with us.

Why this moment matters

Every week before mainnet counts.

Starting your project now puts you ahead of anyone who decides to build after the Mainnet launch.

This is the final opportunity to refine your FHE application on testnet, iterate quickly, validate core use cases before real users arrive, and ensure your product stands out as soon as the production environment is live.

It’s getting competitive.

The program is becoming increasingly competitive and mature. What began as simple prototypes has evolved into demos and now fully functional applications. The overall quality of submissions continues to rise.

More and more, FHE is being built by teams who understood that privacy is a big opportunity, and who building for the long game.

Joining before mainnet places you in a strong position to earn rewards and gain visibility, while the space is still not too crowded.

Be part of the builders who shape standards, not those who follow them.

Early builders define the standards, patterns, terminology, and application logic that the ecosystem will adopt later.

What is created this month may be referenced in upcoming documentation and examples that future developers rely on after Mainnet.

These early builders naturally gain more visibility, more support opportunities, and more future touchpoints as the ecosystem expands.

Join the December Program

December is the perfect window to experiment, try the technical stack, and secure your early-builder status.

Winners of this cohort will be part of the early builders group that walks into Mainnet with us.
