Zama Developer Programs are designed to support builders at every stage, from experimentation to production-ready projects.
During Mainnet Season 3, we received 188 submissions across three tracks, and selected 9 winners. The winning projects range from confidential token wrappers and encrypted distribution tooling to lending markets, invoice financing, private buybacks, and a confidential Safe wallet.

Confidential Safe Wallet: Multisig Treasury Management, Without the Broadcast.

Gnosis Safe is the standard for multisig treasury management onchain, and every one of those transactions is public by default. Confidential Safe Wallet keeps what made Safe a standard, the approval flow, the module extensibility, the familiar UX, and adds a Zama confidentiality layer so amounts and token movements stay encrypted onchain. Treasuries can be governed together without being broadcast to every observer of the chain.
Ghostlend: Confidential Lending and Leverage.

Every open lending position is a target: liquidation bots watch health factors, and large borrowers move the market against themselves the moment they open a position. Ghostlend brings lending and leverage onchain with amounts, debt, and even the leverage ratio encrypted under FHE. Live on Sepolia, it lets users borrow and lever without becoming a signal to the rest of the chain.
Confidential Buybacks: A Dark Pool for Protocol Treasury Operations.

Protocol buybacks are treasury operations that move markets, and a public execution schedule is an invitation for others to frontrun it. Confidential Buybacks is a dark-pool venue for protocol buybacks built on Zama Protocol. Treasuries can execute programmatic buybacks over time with the size and price of each fill encrypted, so the buyback runs as designed instead of running into every bot watching the chain.
Paayee: Consumer Payments With Confidentiality Built In.

Consumer payments in emerging markets often mean a mix of local currency and stablecoins, and every choice is a tradeoff between speed, cost, and privacy. Paayee is a private money app for NGN, USDC, and USDT that lets users send, receive, and manage money with blockchain confidentiality and everyday consumer simplicity. What retail-facing onchain payments should feel like when the ledger stops being a surveillance surface.
Cifra: Confidential Invoice Factoring, Onchain.

Invoice factoring is a large and unglamorous corner of finance that has not moved onchain, because invoice amounts are not something businesses want on a public ledger. Cifra brings the workflow onchain without the exposure. Invoices are issued with amounts encrypted, financiers advance funds against them, and settlement runs automatically, all with the amount staying encrypted end-to-end. Real factoring, working the way factoring actually needs to work.
This season’s bounty track focused on the confidential token layer. ERC-7984 is only useful in practice if the plumbing around it, wrapping ordinary ERC-20s into their confidential equivalents, discovering pairs, decrypting balances, is reliable and legible to users. We asked builders to solve that.
cToken: A Reference Interface for ERC-7984.

ERC-7984 lives alongside ERC-20, not on its own, and any builder working with it needs a working view of both. cToken is a browser and utility for ERC-20 to ERC-7984 pairs on Ethereum mainnet and Sepolia. Shield and unshield, decrypt balances, delegate decryption to another address, mint mock tokens for testing, all from a single interface. The reference tool for working with the confidential token layer as it exists today.
Vesper: A Confidential Wrapper Registry.

A registry is only useful when the wrapping itself is easy, and the current path from ERC-20 to ERC-7984 has too many manual steps for most users. Vesper is a confidential wrapper registry on the Zama Protocol that turns wrap, unwrap, and decrypt into a single flow. Live on Sepolia, it makes the round trip between the public and confidential token layers a normal operation instead of a project.
Blackout: Confidential Wrapping for End Users.

Blackout takes the wrapper registry idea and pushes on the interface. It is a confidential wrapper registry app focused on making the ERC-20 to ERC-7984 workflow legible to users who do not care about the protocol details, only that their tokens shield when they want them to. Its signature feature is go dark: shield every supported asset in a wallet in one click, wrapping them into their confidential ERC-7984 equivalents and hiding all amounts. Different angle, same layer, both matter.
Earlier this year, Zama acquired TokenOps to bring confidential vesting, distributions, and compliant token operations to public blockchains using Fully Homomorphic Encryption (FHE). This season’s special bounty challenged builders to create the best confidential dApp using the TokenOps SDK on the Zama Protocol.
Veilflow: Confidential Token Distribution.

Token distribution is one of the most sensitive operations a protocol runs, and it is usually the loudest. Airdrops publish full allocation tables, vesting cliffs telegraph unlock dates, and disperse operations put counterparties in the clear. Veilflow is a distribution console that keeps all of it encrypted end-to-end. Airdrops, vesting, and disperse operations run onchain with every amount FHE-encrypted, so a distribution completes without leaking the recipient list or the size of any single allocation.
Confidentiality is becoming a default for onchain finance, not a niche feature bolted onto it. Confidential DeFi already went live with Morpho this season, and this developer program is testing where that goes next: lending, invoice financing, treasury operations, and consumer payments, all built with FHE, moving from prototype toward something protocols could plausibly adopt.
